My husband and I had the opportunity to take this assessment recently, and it was amazing: quick, easy, and very informative. Here’s how it works…
My husband and I signed in separately, and provided a little basic info about ourselves. The assessment went on to ask us how we felt in different areas of our relationship such as communication, financial management, family & friends, sexual relationship, and more. It then asked us questions about our personal selves such as change, emotional stability, etc. It took us each about 15 minutes to complete the assessment.

The Couple Checkup has three goals: to celebrate your relationship strengths, to identify issues you disagree on and need to resolve, and to encourage you and your partner to talk about your relationship. My husband and I were able to meet all these goals with the results that were sent to us immediately following our assessment. There were pages of graphs telling us how we differ in each category and what we can do to strengthen our weaknesses. It told us the things we agree on, and the things we need to discuss with each other, and ultimately how we can grow together.
