A few weeks ago, I picked up a slice of cheesecake at the Hershey’s store in Las Vegas. It was a simple cheesecake with a thin layer of peanut butter on top, topped with chocolate ganache.
I liked the idea of this cheesecake, but knew I could make it way better.
So I did.
And now I add another cheesecake recipe to my repertoire.
Peanut Butter Bar Cheesecake
- Becky’s Cheesecake
- Creamy Peanut butter
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 8 oz. chocolate chips
Start by making my classic cheesecake recipe. Make sure to refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Once it’s chilled, spread a thick layer of peanut butter on top. Chill again for at least 30 minutes.
In small saucepan, heat whipping cream to a boil. Take off heat and whisk in chocolate chips until smooth. Pour and spread over entire cheesecake.
