I was recently talking to a friend about learning how to experience the Holy Ghost. Are you familiar with that phrase? I wasn’t. In fact, I kept talking about how to feel the Holy Ghost. Then, my friend shared a beautiful insight with me. She told me how everyone experiences the Holy Ghost differently. I knew that, but I hadn’t thought about changing my verbiage.
For example, some people don’t feel the Holy Ghost. They might hear it, perhaps through music lyrics, thoughts, or words. Others might see the Spirit, through dreams, visions, God’s creations, people, etc. And some might think the Spirit, with thoughts, ideas, creativity, and more. You get the picture. So, if you don’t feel the Spirit, just know that it’s okay. You’re not alone. The point is to learn how the Holy Ghost speaks to you. If you’re not sure, here are some resources to get you started:
