Summer is over, school is starting soon, and it’s time to get back to meal planning! Luckily, it’s not hard at all because last year I finally sat down and created a system that makes meal planning so quick and easy! It has saved me so much time and effort and just makes my life a whole lot easier.
You can do this too, or you can just steal my system and let me do it for you! Here’s how it works.
All you need to do is sit down and create 3 months of your favorite meals. We do leftovers once a week, and take out once a week, so really I just had to come up with 5 meals per week for 3 months which equals a total of about 60 meals. This is the most time consuming part, but once it’s done, you don’t have to do it again!
I put them all in a spreadsheet, nothing fancy, and divided them by months. When you’re done, you will have a 3 month meal plan! Then, you just rotate every 3 meals! You don’t need to think about dinner ever again.
But don’t worry! If you don’t want to take all that time to create a 3 month meal plan, I already did it for you. The meals I included are quick, easy, and family approved! I even included ideas for side dishes (which will save you even more brain power).
